Foilboard Garage Door Insulation DIY kits are equipped with 25mm specific foil-faced polystyrene rigid-board panels, Snap blade knife, Silver joining tape, Spacer blocks and Silicone adhesive. This removes the need for traditional bulk insulation as it reduces airflow from the conditioned space which too can assist in dramatically reducing energy bills. This durable rigid panel is specifically designed to achieve exceptionally high thermal values, making it the ideal product for garage door insulation.
Reflective foil insulation panels create a barrier between the inside of a property and the external environment. Meaning, on a hot day the foil panels will reflect the heat back out and away from a building, preventing it from getting overly hot. This works in reverse during the winter too as the panel’s will secure the inside of the garage from the harsh outside temperatures, keeping the warmth inside your garage/home.
